Position:
Overseas Marketing Director


Job Responsibilities:

1.Based on the company's development strategy, organize research and formulate strategies and plans for the expansion of foreign trade markets and market development in the field of vehicle positioning, diagnostics, and video electronics.

2.Organize the preparation of annual marketing plans, marketing expenses, internal profit targets, and other plans.

3.Develop marketing implementation plans and achieve the company's marketing goals through various market promotion methods.

4.Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and break them down, reasonably allocate work tasks to marketing personnel, and set sales targets for employees.

5.Manage the company's foreign trade operations, leading the foreign trade team to complete the company's foreign trade sales plans and management goals.

6.Responsible for recruiting and evaluating marketing business personnel within the department.

7.Establish overseas market sales channels and promote or expand the visibility of the company's independent brands in overseas markets.

8.Visit key customers, promptly understand and address issues.

9.Train and coach team members, lead the sales team, and effectively manage and build the team to ensure continuous growth in team performance.

10.Actively conduct market research, collect information on industry trends, new products, and new technologies to enable the company to timely adjust its business direction.


Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade or related fields in science and engineering, with more than 8 years of experience in international marketing and more than 3 years of experience in the same position.

2.Familiar with global overseas markets, with a proven track record of achieving significant growth in overseas marketing, preferably with experience in vehicle electronic products.

3.Strong ambition and self-discipline, capable of taking on performance tasks.

4.Extensive team management experience, capable of training, guiding, and leading a strong team.
